    Some of my games won’t work


    Once I click on certain games it sits there for about 5 seconds and then puts me back to the dashboard. It doesn’t give me an error code or say anything. This problem arose a while back and i tried all the trouble shooting tips on xbox and even looked
    at some from random people. But none of them worked.

    If none of the above suggestions work, do try to do a hard reset choosing the "keep my games and apps" option. Instructions are here : https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

    Is this error constant? Take a test, uninstall (as is a test uninstall the smaller one) and install again, see if it works.
