Additional information is needed, please answer the following questions to assist you properly:

Is this happening on PC or Xbox?

If its on Xbox, what console do you have?

What happens when you try to launch games? Are you receiving an error message?

And when you say "the sound crackles" is this happening when you connect a headset, with the speakers only, or both?

When this started to happen?

And what did you tried so far to fix this problem?

In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

My MCC wont even load it tried syncing data for a few minutes so I quit the game and tried again and now it wont even load up at all. Thinking the game may be having some issues or xbox live causing launch problems for some reason. Saw another post about
a list of games not loading up as well.

try to power cycle your console

Have you tried power cycling your Xbox by holding the power button for ten secs? This will generally reset issues that you are describing. Let us know if it works.
