Some of my games keep crashing while others don't on my Xbox One

Everytime I play EAs SW: bf2 the game keeps crashing, now it won't even start up, it'll freeze on the initial loading Screen or even when it does load, the sound won't play and I would be stuck loading into any of the game modes online/offline forever. When
I tried playing Overwatch the game won't even show me the initial opening of Winston talking ,it'll just be a black screen.

But when I played Apex after failing to open bf2 or Overwatch, it worked just fine , 20 minutes no proble , everything worked, started up another game that was just singleplayer and it opened up no problem.

Idk if this is affecting it but the Internet in my dorm keeps going down and constantly disconnecting my Xbox every few minutes

I just want to know how to fix this so I can go back to playing those games without them crashing or freezing

You can get a wifi booster until they fix the issue and you can optimize your internet setting DNS servers etc. If you do know how to do this great this might be not useful but if you dont know how, here's an aid . I prefer the Norton DNS server but you
can choose whatever and you can try different benchmarks based on your location. hopefully the link i provide will help you .

Power Cycle the console maybe that will help. Hold power for 10 seconds while the console shuts down. Then unplug power from outlet and wait 5 minutes. Then reboot.

check the game that crash check the time maybe is heating and not the game

Well the game has offline features so even if the Internet is down I should be able to open the game and play the offline stuff but the game won't even get to the men , it just crashes
