Some of my games are unplayable right now. How do I fix this issue?

According to Xbox support:

"This may mean we’re having trouble checking usage rights."

First, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and validate if they're showing as "completed". No worries if your account is not set as Home Xbox, as long as you're signed in under the correct account.

Once confirmed, I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I have the same issue. I logged into my store and purchase says complete. It still gives me the error and now my $120 game is unplayable. How do we fix this??

Thanks but there is nothing related to my issue, and no way to directly contact the developers. If there is no known fix how do I request a refund as the game we paid for is now unplayable. Thanks
