Some of my games are missing

So I purchased Gears of War Ultimate Edition in September of last year and it came with the whole Gears collection (Gears of War 1, 2, 3, and Judgement). I redeemed the codes and was able to play the games. But as of recently they are deleted out of my games
and apps and I am not able to play them any more unless I repurchase them. But makes no sense because I already owned them.

Some of my ready to install games are missing!

So I've had exams and haven't been on in a while, but i thought i'd check what games with gold were, and if i had enough space to download them. My ready to install game count used to be just over 70, however is now down to 58. some of the games missing
are ones I have on disk, but there are a few that were downloaded through the store/games with gold. I'm not entirely sure which games are missing but i know im missing "styx master of shadows" and "Rocket league". So i wanna know if anyone can help me find
out how/can i get them back?

Games with Gold games missing?

Is anyone else missing a few of their downloaded "Games with Gold"

I know I downloaded some games, but didn't save them on my console assuming they'd stay in my account. But now they are gone. I have a few achievements to prove I had/played them, but the games are gone. I'm wondering if anyone else is missing games, or
specifically if they are missing the games I'm missing. I for sure have been downloading/adding all games with gold to my account for the last 2 years, but several are missing.

Missing xbox 360 games include:

Walking Dead season 1

Sleeping Dogs

Assassins Creed Black Flag

Dirt 3

Along with a few others I don't care about.

Missing xbox one games include:

Costume Quest 2

World of Van Helsing: Death Trap

Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time

Along with a few others I don't care about.

There may be some others, but as I mentioned I remember downloading/adding them to my account, but then I would uninstall them to save space with intention to play/re-download later. Not all of my GwG games are missing, but I wanted to play some of these
and now I have to buy them??? How does GwG actually work? Thanks!

If you go your games and apps on your Xbox One console, do you see the games listed in your "Ready to Install" list by any chance?

I had them all installed and one day they just deleted. They were no longer in my recently installed and when I searched for the, it wants me to repurchase them. The only ones left in My Games & Apps are Gears of War Ultimate Edition and Gears of War 2.
