Some kind of console(?) issue

i am having a problem with my xbox as to where when i turn it on sometimes the controller wont connect so i have to hard reset to fix it and then when it finishes resetting my external hard drive wont connect and i played around with changing usbs and hard
resetting and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt and when i get everything to seem to work normally sometimes i can play my games and use my apps and sometimes i cant and it says that it took to long to start and to try again later and wont stop giving
me these errors and when this happens it wont let me go into settings either so i dont know what to do and am hoping you can help come up with some solutions also this has been going on for 2 days at the time of this post

Hi there I have 1 month gold that I bought in December 23rd 2017 and in this day January 9th 2018 Ive got the messafe that I need to renew but it just passed 2 weeks so I do have one more week.

 

HDD Causes some kind of network error?

The issue lies with the hard drive. There is no 120 GB hard drive for the S or E consoles. There is only a 250 or 320 GB hard drive.

Sounds like you have a modded drive that is not compatible with the console. I think you'll find increased performance when you remove it and purchase the proper official hard drive.
