some kid on xbox live suspended me for no reason...lets put a stop to this kid

i recently got suspended on my xbox profile due to innapropriate behaviour and inappropriate language.....that fact is that there was a guy on there who was being mean to me due to him not playing by the rules and i said that i needed a reasonable pay on
Grand Theft Auto 5 but he said no i then said ok and then he kicked me off the game so i said why and he said because so he then put a ban on me and after that he even poured salt into the wound by inviting me to his party and saying "hello?" "go ahead, say
something....thats right you can't" so i need help refering him so he can get suspended for innapropriate misconduct on xbox as well as lifting my suspension.

HI xbox I was accused and suspended from xbox live for no reason. I pay for your service with my own money and this is what I get. Some kid sent me a message saying I suck at a game then reports me. This is Unfair. I am a 26 year old male in the military
enjoying games and some kid can have my account suspended. That is not right. Worth a possible lawsuit if not corrected.
