Microsoft not being hurt. Your ISP being Hurt. Talk to your ISP to stop them hurting.

Ddos attacks are down to your isp,not Microsoft.

Actually you can get peoples ip address while playing on xbox and I wont go into that. So you are wrong. If that person hacked the OP then MS can be held to legal issue. Our ip should not be shown at all while playing.

They don't get your IP address from Xbox Live anymore than using the same programs to scan who is connecting to this site at the same would be.

Plus the OP wasn't hacked but suffered a denial of service attack. Script kiddies might wish otherwise but that is not hacking.

Yep,the op was not hacked & doesn't matter what they were doing at the time,whether they were on xbox live,psn,Netflix on their pc etc. ddos attacks are down to your isp to address.

Of course you could fake a video like that. We are after all only going to see one side of the 'hack'.

Honestly get in contact with your ISP. Attacks such as you've suffered are illegal and your ISP will want people like that stopped.

You need to stop waiting for Microsoft to do something they have no control over and get in contact with those who can solve the problem.

All you can do as far a MS goes, is report and block the player via the console. Plus there is nobody from MS who is on this forum to read this anyway.

That may of been the dumbest thing I ever heard you can't fake a video when they pull up all my personal information in the game it self so someone can hack my internet and sell my Xbox account and there is absolutely nothing I can do to get it back when
