Some kid hacked my internet and account I got video

when I was playing Xbox black ops some kid out my personal info in the game my ip address knocked out my internet no one is helping me out from Microsoft at all enforcement team ain't doing nothing they kid is still hacking as I post this smh

Hey, can you give us some more details about how it happened? If I understand correctly, you're currently in possession of the account? The hacker is no longer using it?

If yes, I really suggest that you immediately contact the Xbox support and explain to them what exactly happened. If you can somehow prove, or make them believe that you truly got hacked they might revert the communication ban. I think that it's your best bet good luck!

 

Because the kid isn't hacking. He isn't hitting Xbox Live.

What is happening is that your internet connection is getting attacked. Microsoft or the Enforcement Team have no power over actions taken outside of Xbox Live.

The people you need to be contacting about this is your ISP, the folk you pay for your internet connection.

 

Wow I pay for Microsoft service someone hacks my internet knocks it out I have a video of it happing but they can't do nothing to ban the kid who did and its my internet service representative when I am using Microsoft service and servers crazy

 

The person isn't attacking Microsoft or their servers. They are attacking your internet connection and your ISPs servers.

Video evidence is incredibly easy to fake, which is why the Enforcement Team don't accept it. Now I'm sure that yours is completely genuine but it was a futile effort to make it.

 

That may of been the dumbest thing I ever heard you can't fake a video when they pull up all my personal information in the game it self so someone can hack my internet and sell my Xbox account and there is absolutely nothing I can do to get it back when
I pay for Microsoft account this is so crazy I am in shock

 

All you can do as far a MS goes, is report and block the player via the console. Plus there is nobody from MS who is on this forum to read this anyway.

 

That's so crazy I never thought in million years that my stuff would be hacked ans stolen and Microsoft runs the world and there is absolutely nothing I can do if I would of known this I wouldn't of posted on here just so *** frustrated thanks anyways

 

Of course you could fake a video like that. We are after all only going to see one side of the 'hack'.

Honestly get in contact with your ISP. Attacks such as you've suffered are illegal and your ISP will want people like that stopped.

You need to stop waiting for Microsoft to do something they have no control over and get in contact with those who can solve the problem.

 

I record it off my phone while he was putting my ISP number my location my name etc live in the game why would I put my own personal information out there make no sense and wow even tho I play on there servers they can have kids hack accounts and internet
services and do nothing about it while the kid still does it that's so crazy dude

 

They aren't getting that information from Microsoft. Your IP address has nothing to do with Microsoft. They can not get your Microsoft account details directly from your IP address.

Honestly I am not trying to dismiss your worries. I am trying to get you to contact the people who can solve the problem. In this case it is not Microsoft, it is your internet service provider.

Also I'm not saying your video evidence is fake. I am trying to explain why the enforcement team do not take it as evidence. You would be surprised I suspect at the lengths some people will go to in order to cause trouble for others.

 

That's so crazy I never knew Microsoft was such a joke when my internet gets hacked and Xbox account hacked but yet not one person can get my justice when ita a billion dollar company I am speechless I guess thanks for information

 

So the account you are posting on is not your own?. Getting your IP address and knocking you offline is not hacking. Microsoft do not control your internet connection. The 'hacker' has not got your information from Xbox Live.

The person is attacking you from outside of Live. From outside of Microsoft's service. What is Microsoft meant to do. Microsoft can't contact your ISP for you.

Please contact your ISP, they can help you. Complaining to users on the forum cannot.
