    Some keeps hacking my sons account


    someone has hacked into my sons account. I don't have access to the original email it was set up with but I've been able to recover it with security questions and my personal email. The person has changed the telephone number on the account, I can't update
    anything for 30 days. I have the persons serial number to their Xbox which they are using his account from. Will Xbox do anything? I've removed my billing information. I change do my paypal information and contacted PayPal to not authorize anything between
    Xbox and I right now. I've be changed the password multiple times now and they have been able to reset due to the telephone number.

    [Mod Removed]..signs into my son's account. ..doesn't stop harassing my son. .my son says he has numerous accounts...please ban him...my son says he changed his password. ..but he keeps hacking my son ...please let me know what becomes of

    I've gone through this. It won't allow me to change for 30 days because the person has added their number onto the profile and I don't have access to that phone.
