hey there I really scared at the moment because this guy on instagram said can I have you gt I said no and now he got my ip and know where I live I'm really scard because he said he's gonna go on the account and change the gt I don't know what to do because
this gt me the would to me and he's ask me to buy his gt or I'm going offline

Contact xbox support, they will look up the gamertag, they will NOT be able give you the email, they will try to send you a security code to the email and phone on the account, you will have to check all your email and any phones that you think it might
be, if you can not find the email you will not be able to recover the account, the responsibility to remember the email is not on MS it is on you, sorry to be blunt, but it is the truth.

Unless you give this person your log in & security details then they will not be able to access your account.You should change your passwords just to be safe.

If they have your ip then that's something you need to contact your isp as that is down to them

There's more threads about this, seems to be a known issue. Also, the actual xbox employees want you to only bump every 24 hours as they look at the older messages first.

Try this, go to https://account.live.com

then click on the link that says "can't access your account?"

Click on "forgot password"

then on the next page enter each and every email you think might be on the account, if the email is not associated with any account the page will tell you the email is not associated with an account, if it is, it'll take you the next page, and that might
be the email you are looking for.
