Some help with account stuff

Hi everybody, I wanted to know if what I am up to is possible, and if it is, how could I do it, because I can´t make it work.

First of all, I own a Diablo 3 for xbox 360, and I wanted now to upgrade it to Reaper of souls, but as I want to start playing it on PC, I wanted to have it in windowslive. I dont know if this is possible or not.

On the other hand and related to this, I wanted to link this account and the battlenet account I own, don't know if thats possible either.

You would have to go through and report them and hope a mod deletes them. Here is no way for you to do it yourself.

Yesterday i was playing some games, specifically online, but 30 minutes ago i signed in my account and it says it isn´t allowed to enter xbox live, even though im connected, i can even see my online friends, but it wont allow me to play online.

I'm sorry to inform you but you cannot transfer games between different consoles and pc. If you bought the game for one console, then you can only play it on said console. You will have to buy it on pc to play it.

I understand you need help with recovering your account.

Just a heads up, if you are trying to submit the account recovery form, you would need to submit enough information that can help you recover the account and if they are not sufficient, you will have the chance to submit another form.

This is the only way where you can recover the account if you do not have access to the security proofs anymore when trying to change your password. You would need to keep doing this and change some of the information that you might think is not correct until you can recover the account.

Microsoft is really strict when it comes to account security but as long as you are able to provide enough information that is on the account then it will be recovered.
