Some Games work while some don't

Are these digital games or disc games?

probably some of your discs are scratched while some are not. did you try to install them to the hard drive? if you can install them, they should run fine. if the install fails, take note of what % it went to and try again. if they always fail at the
same %, then that's the spot on the disc that is damaged. if they fail at different places, then it could be your laser. you may need to have the laser either cleaned, calibrated, or replaced completely. it could also be the motor that spins the disc, or
the motor that moves the laser back and forth, though those would usually cause all discs to fail.

I get codes from "Messages from Xbox Live" and some codes that were given to me work, some don't work.

It says "Contact who you got this code from. We can't redeem it." So here I am asking a question and not getting help from staff.

Ok two questions what types of codes are they

First im guessing these aee gifted

If so first and foremist codes nust be fron the same region as you

This includes currency and xbox live

Many codes are region specific

If they are trial codes hate to break it to you but they cant be stacked
