Some games won't load with Xbox One S

I recently purchased an Xbox One S and after waiting several days for all my games to download some of them will not load. At first I thought maybe it was a problem with games digitally downloaded from the online service but I have a physical disc for one
of these games and after downloading it I am having the same problem. These games bring up the title screen and after waiting for a few minutes they crash or send me automatically to the home screen. I have tried these troubleshooting steps: restart, hard
restart, shutting down and unplugging console, deleting and adding my profile, clearing all caches, uninstalling and reinstalling games and have spoken to Xbox support twice about this issue with little help. I own another Xbox One console and all of the games
load on that console with no delays or problems. Please help.

xbox one battlefield multiplayer

This is aenied23 on Xbox live. I have recently bought an Xbox one with a Battlefield one voucher. I have currently redeemed the voucher and have downloaded 42.31 G of the game game. It is 100% downloaded but the game multiplayer won't load. The home screen
has both the campaign and multiplayer icon but cannot load the multiplayer game for some odd reason. Thanks with help in advance.

 

XBOX S more powerful CPU and GPU.

With The XBOX ONE S being more powerful then the original XBOX ONE.Does this affect older XBOX ONE games framerate? if the CPU is better it will help with load times.

 

Try resetting the console. Go to settings, system, console and updates and select reset console. Choose to keep everything. You will not lose your progress or games. After you select this option the console will restart taking you through a quick set-up
and then you'll sign in again. Once everything is loaded back up to the home screen try the game to see if the issue is resolved.

 

Have you tried going offline and booting the game?

i have been having this same issue and have tried everything i can think of. going offline has helped me launch my games.... i then just connect once they launch.

 

I tried this, and it worked. Kind of. When offline games will load fine, but once I go back online the games crash again and send me to the main menu.

 

Keep trying to launch your game or go under network settings, and view xbox network status from that page.

If you go offline under network settings, your game should launch in offline mode.

However, it seems like things are back to normal at the moment.

Try doing a restart by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart if you're still having problems.

I am having a very similar issue,tried all the youtube tutorials showing hard reset,factory settings,clearing cache,resetting video resolution,none has worked. Ive tried downloaded and disc games and only get to 1st couple intro screens and then goes black,no
error code and doesn't go back to main screen unless I quit the game. I only bought it because I got a decent deal and wanted to play PUBG on it. I hate PC gaming so this was my only option. Only game Ive got to work at all is Hitman (downloaded),tried PUBG,Fortnite,Fallout
and FarCry5. Ive been a PlayStation only player player for a long time and now I see why. HELP!!!!!
