Some Games Won't Install On External Hard Drive 2.0 (Situation Much Worst Now!)

Hey everyone,

So this an update to a previous post I've made in the past:,

so into my internal one, and also that some games that were already in my external HDD for years weren't working, forcing me to uninstall them and re-install into my internal HDD if I wanted to play them.

In my final response to that thread, I had said that I would update the community about my situation once I've taken the time to reformat my external HDD and reinstall all my games (around 7TBs at this point) to see if that rectified the issue, so that people
may use as a reference in the future. Needless to say, my situation is much, much worst now and not sure where to go from here.

Right now, not only am I not able to install a handful of f2p games and Game Pass games into my external HDD, but I am unable to install A TON of games that are not only f2p or part of Game Pass, but also games that I've acquired through Games with Gold and
more importantly, purchased games. And that is in BOTH the external and the internal HDD. Not only that, but I'm unable to install some of the DLCs of games that I was able to successfully install into my external HDD. For example, RDR2 was installed just
fine, but the system won't allow me to install the pre-order bonuses that are in my account (same error message and all occurs when I try to do so. Refer to my previous thread...)

Below I'll be posting my "Ready to install" list, which include the games that are affected, as in games I'm unable to install in both my internal and external HDD(They do not include games that are on Game Pass, as those games don't appear there unless I own

My apologies for this huge list, just want to be as thorough as possible. One thing to keep in mind is that the list doesn't even include the plethora of Game Pass games that won't install for the life of me, regardless of HDD that I pick, nor does it include
games that have successfully installed, but are missing the DLCs attached to it.

Now, I've got several questions in regards to all this:

1- Anybody else that has stumbled into the same or similar issue and if so, have you gotten it rectified and how so?

2- Is there anywhere that I can contact to try and get this resolved?

3- Anyone has any ideas on how I can try and resolve this on my own? (I've tried resetting my console, hard resetting my console, unplugging the power chord, Deleting and retrieving my profile.

4- I believe I'm missing games from my installed and and ready to installed lists (aside from the Game Pass games). I had reached over 600 installed games before I decided to reformat my external HDD, but with all games combined, I now reach around 400-500
games. So my question is, is there anywhere I can see every single game I have ever installed/played aside from the order history as that list isn't as complete as it can be, and it also doesn't include games I had previously assigned as (hide from ready to
install) list.

Anyways, any help whatsoever would be much appreciated. And again, so sorry for the long list and this long OP.
