Some games with gold titles missing from library/ready to install?

Hi all,

I have noticed some games with gold titles going missing from my library, specifically Rayman 3 hd which i only just downloaded last week. Others i have noticed: assasins creed 3 & red faction aramageddon. The reoccurring theme? Xbox 360 backwards compatible
games with gold. I now only have the option to pay for them, which is frustrating. The only reason ive noticed is because i went to play Rahman 3 HD, knowing i had downloaded it for it to be gone, so i checked a list of all games with gold i should have and
noticed a few more i know I downloaded missing.

Tried to chat with xbox support, a fruitless endeavour, who ended up telling me that you cant even download xbox 360 games on an xbox one console to which i told him you can as i have about 30 the ended the chat.

I have seen others posting about this problem so i know i am not alone. Anyone have a solid solution though? Any chance xbox/MS will license the games to me? i mean its what they should do but im guessing they wont because $£ etc.

Out of nowhere now all my games with gold are missing from my ready to install section? Im missing over 30 games. Can you explain this or fix please?

inam. Missing a number of my games from. Ready to instal. I had over 100 now i have less then 30 . I am missing some of my games with gold and games i ahavehve purchased . I have been a long time xbox user and would really hate to swiych to another system
due to content i purchased being missing .

 

Sorry to hear you've run into this. If the games are not listed in your ready to install list and they were added to your account then try heading to the Xbox store and searching for them. See if you can install them from there.
