Some games showing 0/1000 gamerscore

I have the same problem since last december. Titles are doing this now on a constant basis and not any of them have returned to the correct score. They are stuck like this for nearly one year so no, they don't fix in a few days. This is a big problem on my profile and xbox support has been terrible and i'm very disappointed. I sent videos and images of the problem and the engineers say they cannot fix it. Well, what do they get paid for? This is very poor when I have invested 14 years into my profile and I have about 20 or so titles now effected by this since December 2021. You would think the engineers would go and fix it, but they don't seem to care. I've given up on even trying. I was told to submit the issue on xbox hub but i'm not wasting anymore time on this. At least I know others have same issue. Let me know if you get any resolution, because ive been trying for months and its been a waste of time. I think they should care more for the customers who have supported xbox for such a long time. This has taken all my enjoyment away from completing games, so if not resolved then i'm leaving xbox for good.

That is a random glitch that happens. It's usually fixes itself within a few days or so.

I'm also having this problem and it seems to be getting worse, it started around the time I got a series x so I'm wondering if it's a quick resume caused problem

The exact same here. Since October a few games showing 0 of 1000 GS. When you click on them all achievements are unlocked. I have nearly 700k GS.

I too have had the same issue for what feels like years. I've reported it as a problem twice in the last 12 months yet no response, no questions no fix. A troubleshooting search turns up the unhelpful " it will probably fix itself" or standard, power cycle, re download profile etc. None of which help.

So. Symptoms. Some games appear as 0/1000 on achievements tab of profile. Windows 10 and series X/S also impacted. Xbox 360 titles appear immune.

I do have several my account available on several consoles and other devices ( pc and mobiles) I also do have my home xbox not set as the console i tend to use most frequently.

I do have a high number of games played and owned. So here's what I've figured out:

The achievement tab does not show my entire game list ( like the 360 did) scrolling down to the bottom of my game list gets barely halfway through my history list.

The social tab was maxed at 1000 followers. I never use this feature and found it whilst troubleshooting. Seems the box "auto follows" any game I play and this too has a 1k limit. There did appear to be some correlation with this list hitting max and games not displaying correctly. I've attempted to manually unfollow them, but the process is clunky and will crash after several deletion cycles. Indeed some are resistant to being unfollowed.

Xbox.com profile shows the same score error.

True achievements profile does show the correct score curiously.

Current theory. Something in the current console architecture simply can't count high enough. Because the 360 appears unaffected by this issue.

It is becoming more annoying as the more I play the more I see this 0/1000 which whilst we may be a minority after spending the time and effort to push a game to 100% completion its really quite the slap in the virtual face to have say 0 at you.
