    It can be for a variety of reasons. With 360 games some were never made available to purchase digitally. Other games have been delisted over time due to things like licensing.

    That game in particular was delisted after the developer's went backrupt and it wasn't very popular either.
    Yes, I figured could had multiple reasons.

    I didn't notice that game was developed by Fireforge.

    I saw Activision, but that's the publisher, not the developer my bad.

    There are still some discs around I guess I will get the disc version instead.
