Some Games Missing, Won't Let Me Sign In Through The App

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! We are sorry to hear about your issue. Before we start the troubleshooting process, May I ask if you have always stored your games on a secondary drive and also have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App on your device?

Thank you for letting us know that the prior solution did not help fix the issue. We do have other strategies to try.

Here are the few steps that we can try:

Uninstall and reinstall Gaming Services:

• Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
  
• In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
  get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
  
• In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
  start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
  
• Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  
• Restart your device and try signing in again.
  

Use Gaming Services Repair Tool:

• Launch the Xbox app for PC.
  
• Click your Profile picture.
  
• Click on Support.
  
• Choose Gaming Services Repair Tool.
  
• Click Start Troubleshooting
  

Clearing Xbox identity data:

- Open folder '%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker'

- Delete both subfolders in it

It seems that you're having trouble signing in to the Xbox app. It is possible that the problem is related to your account or the application itself is corrupted. Let us perform some steps to identify what is causing the issue and able to provide possible solution to help resolve the problem.

Here are the troubleshooting steps that we can perform:

1. Try signing in your account in Microsoft account dashboard or through this link: https://account.microsoft.com Let me know if you are getting an error during sign in.

2. Clear the Microsoft Store cache:

• Press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe then hit enter.
  
• An empty Command prompt will pop open. Let it be for a few seconds and the command line will close automatically (after it has cleared the cache behind the background) and Microsoft Store will be launched in its place.
  

3. Reset Xbox app.

• Go into “Settings” or press Windows key + I
  
• Choose “Apps"
  
• Choose “Installed Apps”
  
• Choose “Xbox app”
  
• Click the “…” on the far right of the screen
  
• Choose “Advanced Options”
  
• Scroll down to “Reset”
  
• Then launch Xbox app again and try signing in your account to see if it works.
  

4. Uninstall and reinstall Xbox app.

• To uninstall, type Xbox app in the Windows search box, right-click and click Uninstall. After uninstalling, restart the computer.
  
• To reinstall, Open the Microsoft Store, search for Xbox app using the search box, and click on install. Or you can click on this link: Xbox App for Windows PC | Xbox click on download the app button.

Yeah I'm trying to play Saints Row 2 and it won't even let me sign in on the game. No matter what I do the 360 servers are giving up on me 10% through signing in.
