    Some games gone from my list


    Hello,

    All of a sudden games like Assassins Creed II, Final Fantasy XIII & XIII-2, Star Ocean: The Last Hope have disappeared from my achievements list. Is there something going on with these specific games?

    Thanks for the other topic, too bad the person never told how it ended up ultimately.

    I just thoroughly tried everything you told me to do, unfortunately nothing worked. The games seem to be gone for good...

    I'm going to report the issue but I'm kind of worried as I seem to be the only one encountering this problem.

    The strange thing is that this issue is not appearing as an outage on the Xbox Live Status:

    Can be a temporary bug in the platform, would be great if you start reporting this using the Feedback hub

    Just to double check, did you tried power cycling your console?

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

    Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

    P.S. : just as we're talking I realize now that Blue Dragon, Devil May Cry 4, Gears of War, Sonic Generations and probably some others are gone as well. It seems like all my Xbox 360 games are vanishing by the minute.
