some games freeze

Good Morning

What happens to me is that in some of my games they freeze completely or they stay on the loading screen, the games start well but there are sections where I get stuck, always at the same point, try everything they recommended me I did in the support section
but none of them worked for me. The games that happen to me this are "Killer Instinct" (does not load the beginning of the story mode after the cinematica so I can not advance in the story), "Sait row 4" (in some important sequential missions for later and
in the southern part of the map the character remains static with the screen and at the edge of that area everything that enters disappears) "Sea of thieves" (the game does not even begin and I downloaded and desistalado 3 times)

So while these games, the console is an XBOX ONE S 1 terabyte used in Mexico and is Original, in other aspects it is in optimal conditions, it was purchased on July 9 the date that I write this is July 21, 2018 other games work well they were downloaded digitally
by XBOX GAME PASS that included the console along with the game "Sea of thives"

The truth is that I do not know what to do, if it communicates with technical support of xbox and they talk with the videogame company or if an update will be launched. Please, if you could help me as soon as possible, it would be fantastic because I do not
know about this.

Does your XBOX360 freeze?

I faced screen freeze problem 2 or 3 times, and it was because of the faulty game discs. But there are some other reasons that make your screen freeze while playing. Overheating is a most common reason. You may have a look in this article that explains it- Xbox Freezing Solutions.

Thanks for that,it's not breaking the game for me and some performance mods that were recommended on other forums have really helped the micro stutters but the freezing is still there. Never had it with Skyrim though.

So long as there's not a problem with my X's hard drive,which it what I was really worried about,then it's all good.

 

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

Press and hold Power Button for 10, delete the data of your profile from your console
