    SOME GAMES CAN NOT CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE


    Having issues with some games not being able to connect to XBOX live while others can.

    I performed a network test, checked my subscriptions, performed a hard reboot, removed all accounts, powered down for 10 mins to drain power), restarted, reinstalled accounts one at a time, uninstalled/reinstalled software.

    Nothing seems to work. At this point I am beyond frustrated that I am paying for a service that works 50% of the time and whats worse is it prevents me from playing games I have already paid for. If i could actually find a working telephone number for XBOX
    support I'd be calling them demanding compensation for lack of service and the pay wall barrier for games I paid for!!!

    And trying to reach support has turned in an utter cluster [mod removed- inappropriate]
    of non useful automation or declarations that support is not available - despite saying they are available M- F 9pm - 5pm
