Some games bought and installed in my Xbox One is not showing on "My games" online

Some of my games bought and installed in my Xbox One is not showing on "My games"online. Is there a fix to connect these to my account? I guess these were bought when I was logged off. And therefore not on my account

buying a Rugby 2015 online

Hi there, I bought Rugby 2015 (disc), my friend bought it online. while the online game was busy downloading he inserted my Rugby2015 disc in his xbox one. the was fully installed. now he can not play the game without the disc, although he bought it online
aswell.

my question is how can we get the game he bought online on his xbox so that I can get my game disc back.

I have just bought xbox one s , I installed new games on my console but I am unable to play games without the disc it showing error .I have bought all games and installed on the console it should run on xbox one s without inserting the game disc?

What do you mean you bought them while "logged off"?

All purchases you do on Microsoft Services have to be tied to an account. So it might be that you were logged in to a DIFFERENT account.

Since it's not possible to move purchases from one account to another, you will have to sign in with the other account that you used to purchase the game, and download that account to your Xbox console as well.

Then that account can see the games under "My Games", and if necessary, that account can set the console you're mostly playing on as that account's "Home Console", so your other account can play these games on that console as well.

Check your game filters in My Games and Apps. Make sure it shows all games and all game storage.

 

Are they in the 'Ready to Install' section?

 

Hi! Like mentioned, for every purchase you need to be signed in to an Xbox Live account. So if you don't own the games, they might be tied to another account on your console which was used to buy them. In order to check if the games are tied to your account,
