Some friends not appearing online - can't hear them in parties.

I can only hear half the friends in our party. The others do not even appear online. I am also unable to send text messages to these people. We have double checked our privacy settings and reset our machines with no luck.

Suspension is over still can't communicate or send messages

My my suspension is over and the three accounts that I have on my Xbox still can't communicate and parties or send messages we can start parties but I can't communicate with friends and party I can hear them but they can't hear me and my mic does not light
up when talking. When starting a party it tells me that my privacy settings preventing chat with some people go to privacy settings. when I do that everything is in order. Please help as in communication in online games is a must.

can't hear some of my friends we have to talk through my friends echo. Sometimes when we switch parties we can't hear each other but I can hear my other friends and we don't have each other muted

i am having exactly the same problem with my brother, i can hear my other friend in the party

 

there is no service alert now, and yet the problem remains!

 

I'm having the same problems as well. We can see each other online on an Xbox 360 console, but nothing on the Xbox One. Last night we could join a third friend's party together (still couldn't see each other online) and only our third friend could hear
each of us. Slightly humorous to make him be our go-between communicator, but more annoying than funny. We've tried power cycling, system cache resets, and nothing helps.
