Discus and support Some ESO help...... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So I can only seem to play for around 15 mins,before I end up unable to click on anything or I just freeze and have to reset my game,I opened all ports...     Some ESO help......


    So I can only seem to play for around 15 mins,before I end up unable to click on anything or I just freeze and have to reset my game,I opened all ports and everything they said to do,reinstalled the game and hard restarted the xbox. So I have no clue any
    help be awesome everyone I know can play all day but I keep having to restart please some help.

    ESO Plus membership

    Hello All

    I am an ESO Plus member and Xbox are taking my plus membership money each month but I do not receive the perks through to my ESO account. I contacted ESO and they suggested I contact Xbox Support - can anyone help?

    Some ESO help......

    Are you playing wireless and quite far from your router?

    My bro had same problem but was under those conditions mentioned.

    He moved the router and connected through Ethernet instead, doesn't have a problem at all now.

    I know it's not as simple as that for others but it's how he fixed his so thought I'd mention it.

    Yh its really frustrating that you cant play on wireless, especially when you know you have a good one!

    Paid ESO Plus account status intermitently not active.

    This has been going on since Friday. Every solution out there seems to be temporary. It seems to let you log in once per day and utilize ESO+ and then you lose it until you do a hard reset. Even that isn't working for some people. Some of us had to delete
    the account, do a hard reset, and restore the account and then ESO+ was temporarily restored. Log out and log into ESO again, and ESO+ is no longer active. Hopefully this post helps some people to access their ESO+ subscription, even if it is just temporarily.
