Some content is unavailable. Error 8007274d

I started having this error around March 30. I already did everything the page about the error asks to solve.

The error occurs when I quit some game or app, after using it for more than 30 minutes.

and also occurs when I turn on the Xbox 360 and skiping the login profile.

I contacted the support 3 times, I followed all the steps to try to solve the problem and did nothing.

i tried: delete and download the profile, reinstall updates, port forwarding, format HD and factory restore. nothing work.

It worked, sort of for a little while, and now it proceeds to to tell me that some Xbox Live content is temporarily unavailable. Still with the error code 8007274D.

I'm glad to see a response finally to show it is being worked on. I have had this issue for more than a month as well and it's affecting both my account and my nephew's on my Xbox.

Thank you for reaching out to us on this. This is something that is effecting some users on the Xbox 360, are you able to test a new account with the console to see if you are able to use that on your console?

I already have 4 accounts in my Xbox, 3 Brazilian and 1 American(to pick up some games that do not have in my region), 2 are mine and the others are from my Family.

 

Thanks for confirming that for us. Do you see this same error message across all those accounts? If you create a new account does that same error message show up?

yes, the same error, even when i joining the xbox without any profile. i try with a new account and get the same error.

Thank you for confirming that for us. Have you had a chance to contact your Internet Service Provider to check if there is anything on their end that may need to be adjusted?

 

I have the same problem since 2 mouth, it's not our consoles, it's not our profiles, it's not our internet providers, please MS to resolves it Please.....

 

Same here and I keep waiting for something to be done about this To top it off, for about the last 2 weeks half the games (mostly Live Arcade games) cover art is not showing in My Games anymore either now, just the default grey image showing as if I was
offline for that too now. Please fix these issues! This is my first time with Gold membership and I'm not going to renew it if all I have to look forward to is more and more problems. Yes I know the Gold membership has nothing to do with the problems, but
it's the point. I don't want to pay to support a service that won't fix their issues, no matter what the benefits are

 

I have the problem as well. Just to say it here. But I hardly believe that there will be anything done about it.
