    Some Buttons on Xbox Controller don't work in Game Streaming App


    I recently downloaded the Xbox Game Streaming app and was able to set everything up, or so I thought. After connecting my Bluetooth controller to my Samsung Galaxy S9, I started the stream and began playing Resident Evil. I noticed that the LB, LT, RB, RT, and right stick weren't working, so I connected the controller back up to the console to troubleshoot the issue. There I found my controller's firmware was not up to date, so I updated it to version 4.8.1923.0. Still, not working. I proceeded to try disconnecting my control and reconnecting, restarting the console, hard rebooting the console, and no luck. I finally tested my streaming connection and saw the following error: "Controller firmware: Until our next update, some buttons might not work as expect". How do I fix this? I'm not really sure where to go from where so any kind of help would be appreciated.

    Xbox supports the use of mouse and keyboard in some games and apps, but it doesn’t work for all content. The game or app publisher must enable this feature for their content.

    To configure your mouse:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
    2. Select Profiles & system > Settings > Devices & streaming.
    3. Select Mouse. You’ll see options for pointer speed and for swapping primary and secondary mouse buttons.

    Upgraded to Xbox App beta 9.9.21000 but still having the same issue:

    Able to stream to my Xbox, but the controller is passing its input to both the Xbox and the Xbox App beta - the Xbox is controllable but the Xbox App beta is also being controlled by the controller - so pressing the B button at any time immediately terminates
    the streaming.

    When you test(on console) streaming ability, it DOES mention when it tests controller that some buttons may not work, and that a controller firmware update is on way to fix it

    How do you remove movies/tv shows from your collection?

    Don't know if work like this because still don't buy movies but try this :

    Start from Home (press the Xbox button on your controller to go Home).

    Go to My games and apps.

    Highlight the content that you want to uninstall.

    Press the Menu button on your controller.

    Select Uninstall.

    Let me know if works.
