  1. Some but not all?

A friend and I connect to parties just fine together but we are unable to connect to each other for certain games while others work just fine. These other certain games that won't connect us refused to connect us at all despite numerous attempts, console
resets, and internet/Nat resets. Why is this and how do I fix it?

    :)

Issues downloading some, but not all, M-rated content

Let me start by saying that my account is in fact under 18, and there are no parental controls or other restrictions on my account. The issue I'm having is downloading demos and videos that are M-rated, content such as add-ons will download with no issue
at all. This would be a non-issue by using a second account above the age of 18, but that is not possible in the case of the Ghost Recon: Future Soldier beta. The beta for GR:FS is downloaded via a code for pre-ordering said game from select retailers, which
I have, or through an in-game menu in Splinter Cell: Conviction, which I do not have. To my understanding, once you use the code, it's tied to that account, so if I used another account to download the beta, I would be unable to play on my account, and if
I use my account, I will be unable to download it at all. Is there any possible way to allow my account to download a demo/beta that is M-rated besides waiting 1 or 2 years? I'm also curious as to why I can purchase and download add-ons that are M-rated, but
not download free content such as demos and videos. Any help with this would be appreciated greatly, and I thank you for your time.

Betas are also considered demos most of the time therefore falls under the advertising laws of your country

    Hi PhoenixFlameBFL,

Can you let us know the games that this happens in? Are these games where you need to use the in game invite feature by chance?

    Thank you!

  5. They are not, some games that "will" connect are like PUBG and Titanfall 2, but those that for some reason refuse are numerous such as, Monster Hunter: World, Resident Evil 6, and Seven Days To Die to name a few.

  6. Hey PhoenixFlameBFL,

Thanks for letting us know that. Do both of you have Open NAT types currently? Also, when playing Monster Hunter World what happens exactly if you create a server then have them try to join that server? Do either of you receive
any type or error messages when this occurs? Have you both been able to look into trying

to open ports for the console
    as well?

  7. Sorry, just sent my reply in message. I dont know what that open ports for console bit is but I have no problems with any other than him. And yes we both have open NAT types. And yes we got an "Failed to connect" message but I don't remember if it gave an
    error code.

    Hi again,

Are you able to click on the hyperlinked text in my last post? That link will have information regarding opening the correct ports to open on your router. Are you in a party when trying to connect with your friend? Do you still see the error message if
you are not in a party with them? Also, the next time you see this error message can you post a photo of the full error message as well?

    Thank you!

  9. All the ports are open and he confirmed such on his end as well. We are generally in a party when we attempt to connect yes and we have not tried outside of parties. We will try again soon and if it still doesn't work I will send a screenshot of the error
    message.
