Some Blu-ray movies not working

I recently bought the "Planet of the Apes Primal Collection" 8 movie Blu-ray set.

All but the 2nd (Beneath the Planet of the Apes) and 3rd (Escape from the Planet of the Apes) discs work. All the happens is I start the Blu-ray app, then goes to a black screen indefinitely. I've exchanges the set for a new one, and the same two discs still don't
play.

I've tried it on 4 different Xboxes (2 ONEs, a ONE S, and a ONE X) and no difference between them. So I figure the Blu-ray app needs to be updated, or maybe the drives in the Xbox ONEs are a little too touchy.

So I hope this can be resolved in a future update.

Can I Direct Connect XboxOne to TV?

Had to change HDMI ports, the HDMI/dvi didn't work for some reason. Blu ray looks amazing as I usually rent movies digitally, blu ray looks way better.

 

Blu Ray - Revenant Movie

Wouldn't play, said make sure disc is a game,dvd, blue ray...

Reset console, Then when I put it in is was a blank screen for a little while then it said "Xbox is install your AP" ???

Then the movies started playing. I went to my aps and the Movie install ANOTHER Blu Ray ap.

I had 2 different blue ray aps?? Watched the movie, then deleted all blue ray aps and install the one in the store.

All I can think is the Movie Revenant didn't recognize the updated blue ray ap as a blue ray ap, so it installed a 2nd??

In summary if a blue ray is not working, uninstall the current AP and allow it to get what it wants?? dunno
