Some apps on my console won't open!

Some apps on my Xbox One won't open (mainly YouTube) and hasn't opened for about 6 days. If anyone knows how to fix this I'd appreciate it. Also I have uninstalled and reinstalled, unplugged console and had no changes.

Games & Apps won't open

Hi so my xbox one has been having trouble turning on. It takes about 10-15 minutes to start and even then the dashboard isn't completely loaded in. The system will not let me make any actions with the controller but instead after an additional 5-10 minutes
it attempts to open the Games & Apps application and ultimately fails. when I try to show help, the help app also fails to open, and then I get a frozen black screen. This has been going on for at least 2 weeks now.

My games & apps app won't open. Please help!

My games & apps app on my xbox one dashboard won't open. I checked my storage and it says 100% full. last time i checked it was 37% full. When i try to run my apps they won't launch and it says "We had trouble installing or updating this. Try installing
it again" How do open my games & apps app?

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try heading to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and clear Persistent Storage 3 times then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down and unplug all cables from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

If that doesn't work you could try deleting your profile from the console and then do the above steps before redownloading your profile to the console again.

You can restart your console completely. Hold the power button on the Xbox One until it completely shuts off. Wait a couple seconds. Then click it again. That should fix the problems. You can uninstall and re install those apps as well. The last thing is
that it could be your controller. For an example, for one of my controllers I need to click a twice to open somethings... Or to just mash it till it opens. It's one of those weird things. So try mashin the buttons over and over until the app opens.

Hey my console won't let me play any of my games or open any apps since the update came out tried re-installing them but didn't seem to work any ideas for that

Hello again, Have you tried some kind of reset on the console, whether it's keeping games and apps or deleting everything, you've tried some kind of reset on the console, whether it's keeping games and Apps or deleting everything, if you haven't tried it, follow the procedures below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.
