*SOLVED* Xbox LIVE Login Issue From Xbox 360

Please help if you can. The next step in a Google search I did was format my hard drive and I'd rather not do that.

I CAN login fine from my Xbox One.

I'm trying to move saves on my Xbox 360 over to the cloud to use on my Xbox One.

I'm trying to sign in to my Xbox LIVE account on my Xbox 360, but it keeps rejecting the password with an error code.

With some GoogleFu troubleshooting I realized my profile was being recognized twice on the Xbox 360, through the hard drive AND a USB stick that was plugged into the console. The file sizes on the profiles were different.

I deleted both profiles.

I'm now trying to Download Profile on Xbox 360.

The error message now says that "the password didn't work make sure you password is between 6-16 characters or use your app password if you set up two step verification. I've tried entering the password over a dozen times, including an old password once
or twice. I've triple checked that the password is correct by logging back on here (Xbox.com) and checked my Google passwords save.

I cleared the Storage cache.

I tried to login in my wife's account and it wouldn't accept that password either.

My password is longer than 6 characters and shorter than 16.

I went to the Enforcement page and everything is 100%.

Please help. How do I get Xbox LIVE to recognize my password on my Xbox 360?

SOLVED: Downloaded Microsoft Authenticator (though I hated to do it). With it I created an App Password and used that as the password to get into my account,
