[Solved] Xbox controllers disconnecting

Hi,

I've got some problems with my controllers: they disconnect 1 second after being wired for one, and 10 seconds for the other, and then impossible to make them work again unless I reboot my Xbox One. I think i've tried everything :

I've tried rebooting my Xbox to the factory config, but same problem,[update :] I've tried updating the controllers through my PC but they're already up to date.

I've tried with batteries and without, with USB cable and without, several batteries, several cables and usb ports, always the same.

I've tried pushing the connectors of the batteries, but it's not the problem since the controller stays on after losing connection.

One controller is the original, sold with the xbox, and the other one is the new Phantom White.

I've been given this Xbox One and this has always been a problem. Do you see a solution ?

Try Setting up a headset adapter which bypasses the
3.5mm socket which may have gone faulty. Also you may need to Update your controller firmware
using the uSB option. A new update was released recently.

Thanks, but I'm already only inches away from the xbox, and the problem is still there when the controller is wired through USB.

Is it with both controllers or just the older one. Might have a bad controller.

do not help with your controller connection problem, then you might be looking at a hardware problem with your console. If your console is in need of service, you can always try one by visiting

device support or by contacting
customer support and having an agent outline your options directly.
