[SOLVED] PC - Error code: 0x80073d19, cancel stuck at 0%

[RESOLVED] i just tried running my pc in safe mode, restarted and then swhitched back and restarted again and then i could install xbox app fine and also Ori and the will of the wisps was finally gone and i could install games again

Also want to add i need permissions from SYSTEM to make changes to the file, however i am unable to gain these permissions, i know how to get them but when i try it all options get greyed out... so i cant even manually delete it.

Tried to reinstall the xbox app and made the problem worse, xbox installer does not move, left it for 20 minutes and nothing changed

Well, this sort of worked haha, it changed the error: now its stuck at preparing 0% but doesn't throw the previous error code, and instead stays stuck or gives me code 0x00000001.

The 0x80073d19 error code is usually related to a problem with the Windows Store cache. Since you've already tried clearing the cache, I would suggest trying the following steps:

1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

2. Type "wsreset.exe" (without quotes) and press Enter.

3. Wait for the process to complete and then try downloading the game again.

If that doesn't work, you can try resetting the Windows Store app by following these steps:



1. Press the Windows key + X and select "Apps and Features".

2. Find the Microsoft Store app and click on it.

3. Click on "Advanced options".

4. Scroll down and click on "Reset".

5. Wait for the process to complete and then try downloading the game again.



If neither of these steps work, you can try signing out the account from Microsoft Store App, restart your computer and sign back in. Download the game from Microsoft Store App and see if it works.

You may also check and correct these settings Here is how:

• Open Settings. You can press Win + I to open settings in Windows 10.
  
• Now, go to Time & Language>Date & time
  
• Then, make sure set time and time zone automatically is on
  
• Under Region & language, please make sure you have correct settings based on where you live.
  
  There are also instances where you need to remove the device configuration. To do this, go to my devices on your Microsoft account, remove my old configuration, then open the Microsoft Store App, go to settings and manually enable Offline Permissions.
