    The link kept bringing me to the home page. I found the Request refund page after changing the language from Norwegian to English (US), however the Request refund link sent me back to the support page.

    I managed to talk to chat support, a problem I also had starting.. Which is why I asked here.

    It's been sorted now though. Support was very helpful.

    I apologize but that's not possible. You may need to purchase an Xbox Gift Card and send it to your nephew so he can purchase it on his end.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, as previously stated by the ambassador unfortunately that isn't an option. What can be done though is to buy a Microsoft currency card and gift those to your nephew for Christmas. He can then redeem those to
    his account to purchase V-bucks.
