Solved help for error "Sorry, there's only one allowed on this account"!

I had this error after my LIVE shut off about having "only one on this account" when I tried to buy LIVE again. Hopefully I can help others with my experience.

I just solved this problem, so hopefully I can help you someone else. What most likely happened is your card or form of payment expired or didn't have the funds, so you got a suspended payment where they let you keep playing live, assuming you would fix
it. (You should have gotten a few warning when you signed into love about a payment due). Then when live finally shut off, your live didn't "deactivate", instead it went into "suspended" status. So when you try to buy live again, you can't because "only one
is allowed on this account". So this error is in reference to only one live is allowed per gamer tag, it's not the card. So just call Xbox support at this number 800-469-9269 and tell them you need to pay for your suspended account. It'll be $19.99 in US dollars.

This error usually occurs when you try to purchase an offer more than the maximum allowed, what content are you trying to purchase? When you search PBR40441 through our Error & Status Code Search page, you will see the following:

You see the following error code and message when you try to purchase an offer from your Xbox One console:

Error PBR40441

Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account.

This may mean that the offer you’re trying to purchase has already been purchased the maximum number of times allowed for your account.

Trying to Renew Sub.

That is a trial membership and only gives some features of a Gold account. Sorry but allowing a guest account is not one of the features available to you.

Sorry self repairs are not allowed and nobody can or be able to help you and MS will not touch that console buying a new one is sadly your only option sorry.

I'm sorry but asiny only allows one connection, ever to your playstation account by a Microsoft account. You will have to ask them to change their policy as they're the only ones who can do that.

Account linking happens entirely on their servers, and the same goes for any company
