Solved: Game Pass by mistake

Hi!

First of all, please forgive me for my poor english, I'll try to do my best to be understandable

I've a little issue: I tried to subscribe to Xbox Live Gold a few minutes ago, and I realized (too late unfortunately) that I actually subscribed to Xbox Game Pass. Is there a way to reverse this mistake?

You can also request a refund here :
Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund. Please contact a live agent If you require assistance with any of this, or if the refund request does not work in your region.

1. Contact us here
2. Select My Account
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support

Hi, login to your account on the pc, go to services and subscription and cancel the game pass.

 

In this case, you would have to talk to Xbox to see what they can do for you

I followed your advices: cancelled the Game Pass and called the support (XBX Chris J: your link "Request an Xbox digital product or subscription refund" doesn't work anymore, but I managed to follow your steps throught the "contact us here" anyway). They
refunded me and suscribed the Live Gold at the same time (so I won't do the same mistake again haha)

Problem solved, thank you very much!

 

But this would only cancel his subscription, It would'nt active Xbox Live Gold, he would have to ask for a refund when talk to support
