    [SOLVED] Final Fantasy XV - Chapter 1 loading issue


    Hello,

    i installed FF XV Royale Edition on Xbox, with all DLC (it took a couple of days!). I can start new game but screen hangs on loading page of Chapter 1, after discussion between Noctis and his father. Sometimes it crashes and goes to Xbox welcome screen...

    -I wait loading for 10 minutes but problem persits.

    -I deleted data from FFXV app menu and started a new game but problem persists.

    -I rebooted Xbox but problem persists.

    Before removing and reinstalling everything, may be someone has found a solution for this problem?

    Try resetting your console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it is completely off. Turn it on and try again.

    This may not work but it's worth a try.

    If you do have to uninstall it, you do not need to uninstall everything. Just uninstall the game but keep all the DLC installed. That should speed things a small bit.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with weird game crash situation.

    Since it is crashing and freezing, I'd say that giving the steps on our support page entitled "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay"
    a shot would be the best course of action.

    When and if you can, try those out and let us know how that helped in resolving your issue.

    Hello,

    thank you for your answers. Reset didn't fix the problem but reinstallation of FF XV (only game, 40Gb by Disk and 40Gb by Network) did solv the problem.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to answer your question. It would seem quite a few players are experiencing an issue with downloading this DLC. After verifying on your account that you have the proper License to the content please try removing your profile
    from the Xbox One and redownloading it. Here is an excerpt from the final fantasy website "FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES is available to players who purchased FINAL FANTASY XV and the FINAL FANTASY XV Season Pass, FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER: COMRADES
    or the previously-released FINAL FANTASY XV MULTIPLAYER EXPANSION: COMRADES (DLC version) ". Please let us know how it goes.
