    for the last month I've been trying to use my warranty to get a replacement controller. I have the grey / blue controller and both sticks drift.

    However, every time I use Get Help or try to submit a request for a warranty it says it is not working. When I try to set up a call I they answered but I was hung up on.

    I can try tomorrow but my warranty is going to be up real soon and I feel ripped off my Microsoft. I had to get another controller because this one drifts too much and idk what to do.

    -EDIT- I finally got through to someone to help and got a replacement going. This corona virus business is rough.

    I am getting a warranty replacement as we speak as I finally got a hold of a person.

    Have you registered the controller? Also have you contacted them via email?

    go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and select Add Device then select Add Xbox Accessory. follow the instructions then select Start Online Repair and that should
    get the process started.
