    as i said on that post the support team said everything you need from them to solve this would be given , the proofs are there either so i think is time that this gets solved once and for all.

    from what they said you can see too that is written on my account that this problem needs to be solved by you so you both talk and do whatever you want but solve it before you disappear and get more excuses

    Make sure that the region for your Xbox 360 console is set to match where you're currently located. You can check at account.microsoft.com

    If you do see any discrepancies with your region, here a troubleshooting guide on

    how to change your region    . However, it will not transfer money between regions. Be sure to spend the money in your Microsoft account before you change your account location.

    possible to enter you into that sweepstakes. Furthermore, we see that you are contacting and posting on the Brazilian site. This offer was only for US and UK residents only. If you attempted to register with Brazilian information, the site likely prevented
    you from registering due to us being unable to ship prizes to that region.
