Solve the problem of billing

Dear supporter!

I have a problem with billing. The window shows me the next: The postal code you entered doesn't match your city and state or locale. Please enter a valid postal code for your city and state or locale.

I'm from Estonia and as I remember, added locale as Other or Russia, but I lived here of all times. If I did it, can I change a Locale without of leaving billing because I have some credit in my account and I want to pay for some games?

Online customer support does not handle the Xbox Live Rewards program. This forum is the only place to receive support for the program, which was mentioned on both our program FAQ and the specific FAQ for this offer. Since that offer has ended, it is not
possible to enter you into that sweepstakes. Furthermore, we see that you are contacting and posting on the Brazilian site. This offer was only for US and UK residents only. If you attempted to register with Brazilian information, the site likely prevented

Make sure that the region for your Xbox 360 console is set to match where you're currently located. You can check at account.microsoft.com

If you do see any discrepancies with your region, here a troubleshooting guide on

how to change your region. However, it will not transfer money between regions. Be sure to spend the money in your Microsoft account before you change your account location.
