    I used to get an error code when I wished to buy but then I found out that it was because of some issue with my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they did an online verification and then I was able to make my purchase.

    Hi there,

    if the bank isnt giving authorization then my first advise is to contact the bank on why they aren't giving the authorization for the payment.

    Also be sure to check if all payment information is correct at
    http://account.microsoft.com

    If the bank says all is fine then I suggest you to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat, they should be able to look into payment issues on your account.

    That error occurs when you try to add a PayPal account that doesn't have a credit card or verified bank account attached to it. It's worth double checking your account is fully verified and if that doesn't resolve the issue then try adding a credit card
    if you can.
