    Ok so I've been having this problem for as long as I can remember. If any mobile devices, a mic or even kinect is plugged in and near the controller it COMPLETELY ruins just about very game. It interferes with the controller in some way. But when the mic
    is not plugged in neither kinect, nor any mobile devices near the console and the controller, THEN there are no problems whatsoever.

    By the way, I am hardwired through a cat 6 cable to a 360mbs speed broadband router with all ports open through DMZ. Plus the controller itself is hardwired. I can't fully describe this warped movement I experience but there definitely and most certainly
    something off here. This issue is most noticeable in an FPS like Call of duty.

    So if you look at this senario your think "what the ****" but it's true and real.

    So any solutions? Because I don't know anybody with this problem besides me. HELP

    Banned for random disconnects?!!

    Banned for a faulty wireless controller design and implementation that randomly disconnects?!!!! Not my fault and I'm banned?!!!! check the batteries,sync,updates,etc.?? really???? You suck MS. You geniuses give us a wireless-only controller?!! Really?!!!
    Check for other interfering devices...really?!!!!!

    is it possible that there is something interfering with the signal (other electronic devices near the Xbox or the controllers or something blocking the signal (eg; a coffee table between you and the Xbox)?

    I'm guessing you've already been through the
    wireless controller troubleshooting guide     and there is nothing that could be blocking or interfering with the signal between the Xbox and controller

    if the new controller has the same issues you should be able to send it in for repair/replacement under the warranty.

    make sure to register the controller before requesting the repair by going to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and clicking on Add Device.

    then go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/controllers/controller-warranty to request the repair/replacement.

    Controller disconnecting all the time

    If you are having these kind of difficulties perhaps returning it for an exchange is the best solution. Make sure there is nothing interfering with the wireless signal between the console and controller. Good Luck!
