    Hi, if you are having one of this issues or both try setting your user pc (windows/microsoft account) as adminitrator, some games need adminitrator permisson to be executed. Also you can link a new account

    1. go to windows settings

    2. Accounts

    3. Family and other users

    4. Add a new family member as adminitrator or select your current account, click account type and select administrator.
