Solo Gaming vs Multiplayer Gaming

I enjoy both, but not always in equal amounts, I often go on games like BF4 for very long spells, but right now I'n Witcher 3, and I expect I will be for a good long time.

 

A single player mode with lots to do and I'm sold. I've put far too many hours into TES, Fallout, Sims, AI matches in AoE and the likes and I still have more hours to invest in good single player games. But, I also need my dose of multiplayer. I'm not into
highly competetive games with clans and so on but I still enjoy more than just casual coop (tho coop with great friends is awesome as well). I'd say I'm about 50-50 single player and multiplayer type, really depends on the game I'm playing

I only enjoy playing cooperative multiplayer if I'm in the mood.

When it is forced (like the bounties in Destiny where you have to kill targets in a Strike and you need to beat a Strike without dying).

It isn't that the people I'm playing with are being mean to me (on the contrary, they have been very nice). Its just that when I play cooperative multiplayer and I'm not in the mood, I minute feels like 1 hour

I prefer Multiplayer. Though I do have some single player games like Final Fantasy XIII, The Sims 3. Wow The Sims 4 even doesn't have Multiplayer.

It's a reason why I play much more on Xbox 360 than on Xbox 1. 80% of my friends don't have an Xbox 1. And there is without an argument, more people on Xbox 360 than there is on Xbox 1. My favourite Xbox 1 multiplayer game is Forza Horizon 2 because many
people play it. It would be Minecraft but it isn't since few of my friends have an Xbox 1 (I have a full Xbox 360 friends list). Games do have single player options or invite only options if you want to play alone. It's not fun to mostly play alone.

It can be really uplifting to have friends and actual people to play with and good teamwork instead of playing games alone or with bots or drivators (which is just a fancy name for AI cars if you ask me). The power of friendship and love can be really strong.
But sometimes I do prefer my own space. I jump on Minecraft play offline mode so my friends think I ran out of Gold or put it on invite only or on Xbox 360 Dashboard have it so I appear offline.

I still agree single player games can.... still be fun. Like Halo 4 Spartan Ops, The Sims 3, and others. Usually I have to always wear my mic when playing COD Black Ops 2 zombies otherwise the others will say "do you talk, we're not readying up until you
plug in your mic, OMG this person has a Kinect can't stand the echo it sounds like he/she is talking in an auditorium, mute!!. But every boy and girl here has their own preferences

OMG Lei I know her from Disney (well, not in real life). I use to really like watching the Disney Channel too. I like the song too. If solo makes you happy, then XD ^-^ ^.^ ^U^. For me, playing solo can be fun. I just don't like playing alone all the time
which is why I don't do so all the time.
