Solitaire won't load

Solitaire will not load, after clicking the app, the screen comes up saying Microsoft Solitaire Collection and then promptly disappears, nothing else happens. Task Manager doesn't show anything. I have tried deleting and re-installing and still get the
same thing.

solitaire collection

Seems that one at a time I'm losing my Solitaire games. First Pyramid won't load, now TriPeaks won't load. I'm guessing they are being screwed up when updated. Only Microsoft could *uck something up as simple as a Solitaire game.

Solitaire games won't load

The application will open but when I click on any of the solitaire games I just get a loading screen with no progress. The solitaire game never opens. This just started a day or two ago. If I use Task Manager to End Task and reopen the app I get the same
stuck at loading problem. I've restarted my PC and that has twice fixed the problem. I "reset" the app from the Apps & Features section of the Windows 10 Control Panel. That temporarily fixed the problem but the problem returned later in the day. Please
let me know how to fix!

try shutting down your PC while holding the shift button.

I haven't had the problem of freezing up, but if I use the Bing search engine, I find sometimes the Solitaire Collection won't load. I might suggest trying to re-install it.

I have downloaded Microsoft Solitaire Collection to my new Dell and when I try to open it the following day, the program is just gone. I was able to re-load (with some determination)once, but now it won't load at all. I just can't find it on my hard drive.

BTW, I was able to fix the Solitaire Collection game loading problem just by changing themes. That seemed to get the game out of the deadlock or whatever was causing the problem. Now I've updated and hopefully won't have the problem again.

MINESWEEP just plain won't open. 3 days now... worked fine now doesn't. solitaire and majong working like normal. always play daily challenge. didn't do anything different, just won't open anymore. click on icon, starts to load, goes straight back to app
screen.
