Please restart your router/modem to refresh your network.

And then check network connection. Please make sure that your internet connection is stable.

And then check for updates. To do this, kindly open the Google Play Store and search for Solitaire.

If an update is available, install it.

Next is to change DNS Settings. Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Private DNS.

Select "Private DNS provider hostname" and enter 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS).

If the issue persist after performing the steps, kindly uninstall the Solitaire app from your device once again.

Restart your device.

Reinstall the app from the Google Play Store.

5. When I hit the Microsoft Solitaire Collection tile on the Start page, the blue screen with Microsoft Solitaire Collection on it appears for a long time. When it finally loads and I try to start any game mode it stays stuck on blue loading screen.

6. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but no change. Checked all Windows and Windows Store updates and I have every latest ones.

Non-acceptable solution: Problem started when I updated nVidia drivers to newest one (332.21), if I revert to older drivers Microsoft Solitaire Collection is working fine. I can't and don't want to use older graphics drivers. Any fix for this issue?

I also had this problem with Xbox error code 121010; have done all of the steps you listed above. The last one was a reset of Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Did a restart of my computer, but it will not load. Tried again today, but cannot get Solitaire to load. When I opened it up before, the box with the error code came up with two selections: Try Again and Cancel; if I clicked on Cancel, the game would come up and I could play all the Solitaire selections.

Any suggestions?
