Solitaire Wilde West Pyramid Expert

Tried for a couple of days to solve Wild West Pyramid Expert challenge. Can never reach 2940. The first two deals I finish perfectly. When the third deal loads - it is impossible to solve due to the fact that a 3 is at the top and all 4 tens are below
it. Impossible to solve. I searched the internet and everyone that has solved it on YouTube had a different third deal that was solvable. Any help?

Wild West Expert Pyramid game not solvable?

There is a game in the Star Club Wild West collection that does not appear to be solvable. It's the expert game in the pyramid set with the goal "Earn a score of 2,940." On the third board there is a blocked 3 card which means that board can't be solved.
Playing the first two boards perfectly (using all cards) and then using as many cards as possible on the third board only gets me to 2,860 points.

I'm attaching pictures of the third board at the beginning and then as far as I can play.

-Edit- Or ... tried to add pictures, anyway. Any ideas?

 

Microsoft Solitaire star club

I have completed the classic but can't open the Wild West. It just seems to kick me back to the home solitaire screen. any ideas or suggestions?

 

Exactly the same to me!!! The third deal is not solvable! The 3 is at the top, four 10s are below. I cleared the first two deals completely (incl. the entire stack!). I end up at 2.855 points in the third deal. This is a bit frustrating, because it's the
last game to finish the whole starclub...

Hint: The third deal of the puzzle is not solvable, so the score you get from clearing the first two boards is crucial. Believe me, there are several different scores attainable!

 

What is the best score you have gotten on the first two screens? I get 1290, 2575, 2855. Is it possible to get higher scores on the earlier boards?

Has anyone heard back from Microsoft about this issue?
