Solitaire statistics wrong

Discus and support Solitaire statistics wrong in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Microsoft Solitaire - event statistics wrong - in 1 day it said I played in 5 events, and increased my top 50 finishes category from 2 to 8.     Solitaire statistics wrong


    Microsoft Solitaire - event statistics wrong - in 1 day it said I played in 5 events, and increased my top 50 finishes category from 2 to 8. Before this event, I had 25 events listed, with 2 top 50 finishes. After this event, I have 30 events listed, with
    8 top 50 finishes.

    It should be 26 events, with 3 top 50 finishes.

    The event calendar and individual event details are correct, just the totals listed above are wrong.

    Can they be corrected?

    Microsoft Casual Games Support for Microsoft Solitaire by clicking
    Support option from Menu. You may also refer to "Where can I find the Casual Games community?" section on this

    Same fault as eastmancsm tho' started playing events late Jan. Created Excel file via Event Calendar history that shows discrepancies vs. Event Profile. It might offer clues as to what/where in the software award accounting errors reside.
    Xbox support cannot provide e-mail address. Anyone know how I can submit the file???

    How do I reset stastics or game prefernces on Spider Solitaire.

    Hello!!

    1- %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData\Guest\Statistic

    Right-click on the Statistic.ark file and delete to remove all Statistics. When you next open Solitaire the statistics will be reset.

    2-Try Settings - Apps and features.

    Scroll down to Microsoft Solitaire collection and click it

    Select "Advanced options

    In the next window "reset"

    BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED THAT I CAN NOT RESET ANY STATS ON MICROSOFT SOLITAIRE COLLECTION!

    To reset the Solitaire games statistics, navigate to the following folder:

    Users/[username]/AppData/Local/Packages/Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe/LocalState/UserData/Guest/Statistics/

    Once you find it, just delete it's content and that's it.
