Solitaire statistics wiped out on Windows 10, possibly related to W10 Preview

I'm running Microsoft Solitaire Collection (currently version 3.9.5250.0, but there have been many updates in the last month or two) on Windows 10.

There have been a few occasions in the last month where my stats have been zeroed, and I've generally been able to recover by closing and restarting Solitaire. I'm assuming this may have been an intermittent connectivity issue with the cloud, as I was also
having issues with Daily Challenges and Star Club at those times.

I'm now zeroed and stuck there. The Daily Challenges and Star Club stats are still there, but the regular game stats are zeroed.

For the last few weeks I had been running the Windows 10 Preview (Slow Ring) but began having unexplained shutdowns/reboots, so I did a clean install of the latest release version of Windows 10. The clean install and the stats wipeout happened within a
few days of each other, but not close enough that I can say for sure that that's what caused it.

I'm going to try restoring the "LocalState" directory from backup to see if that fixes it.

Fortunately my Achievements progress is unaffected: Although the stats say I've only cleared 4 TriPeaks boards, the "Extreme Altitude" achievement properly shows that I've cleared 85 boards, so I'm still on track to earn that achievement.

I've seen occasional posts about stats being reset on the Facebook page, but given the way the old posts get pushed off the page by the new posts, and that some of those stats posts were tacked on to the daily "Daily Challenges" posts, there's not a good
way for me to see if those happened around the same timeframe as my resets.

Reset solitaire collection statistic

I still don't have an answer on how to reset the solitaire statistics on Windows 10. Help!

I made a successful recovery by copying "Statistic.ark" from a backup to:

"C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData\[UserID]\Statistic\"

My stats are now off by only the few games I played before noticing the stats had been zeroed.

1- %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\UserData\Guest\Statistic

Right-click on the Statistic.ark file and delete to remove all Statistics. When you next open Solitaire the statistics will be reset.

2-Try Settings - Apps and features.

Scroll down to Microsoft Solitaire collection and click it

Select "Advanced options

In the next window "reset"
