    Solitaire sign in not working without WiFi


    I just got a new phone (Motorola g5 plus) and now my solitaire collection will start, but with no WiFi it only allows me to play offline. I keep getting error code 101 mostly, sometimes 121003. When I am on WiFi it works fine. What solutions can you suggest?
    It is a brand new phone, I have already reinstalled the app twice.

    *Edit* I have a 4G 6GB data plan, so plenty bandwidth and nowhere near the data cap.

    loading solitaire would be quicker without the constant reminder to sign in on the solitaire page, but it wont let me sign in.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    The windows 10 store does not work properly and Xbox app is not working. I had the solitaire collection about a month and I got an expiration notice, also. None of it can be fixed without Windows improving the product. I was playing in Internet explorer
    not Edge. I don't use Edge because Norton 360 safe search and auto sign in does not work on Edge.

    Something similar to me I cant sign sign in when on wifi but can without so I turn off the wifi sign in try to the wifi back on and it signs me out than says there's no internet idk what's happening

    I am also having this issue. It started when I lost my WiFi connection right when I was completing a solitaire challenge. Maybe there is a corrupt file. Is there a way to "clean" the data without losing progress?

    I am having the same problem with Microsoft Solitaire. Each time I attempt to start Solitaire, an ERROR about downloading game 101 is reported.

    Failed corrections

    1 reboot iPhone

    2 reloaded App

    3 switched from WiFi to cell data

    None of these have worked.

    I was unable to resolve the sign-in issues despite numerous attempts. However, upon installation of Build 10030 my Solitaire signed in without issue. Microsoft Jigsaw also signed in correctly but the 2 newly purchased collections were not available for download,
    although all the other of my previous collections downloaded without incident... any suggestions?
